For a dog-friendly cottage in Eryri (Snowdonia), take a look at Ty’r Adar. It's right next to the traffic-free Mawddach Trail along a beautiful estuary between Dolgellau and Barmouth. The spacious self-catering cottage sleeps four, has a cosy wood burning stove and is full of character. The owners can put you in touch with a dog sitter if required.

Ty Gwyn is a luxurious, well equipped 3 bedroom cottage (sleeps up to 8) located in the picturesque village of Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd. The enclosed garden is perfect for enjoying dark skies at night, and views of Moel Famau during the day. Facilities include an EV charging point and wi-fi.

Rhydolion Holiday Cottages offer a serene and luxurious stay on the Llŷn Peninsula coast, half a mile from Porth Neigwl's sandy, dog-friendly surfer's beach. The converted farm buildings (sleeping 6-7) include four poster beds, spa baths and children's play areas. Two cottages are accessible for wheelchair users.

West Wales is known for its wide sandy beaches, charming countryside, colourful villages and cultural cities. Fron Fawr's collection of cottages (2 to 4 bedrooms) is the perfect base for exploring the nearby Teifi Valley or dog-friendly attractions in Pembrokeshire. Set within 32 acres of fields and woodland, there are fabulous dark sky views and plenty of paths to explore. Each cottage has an enclosed garden with a lawn or patio so your dog can roam outside. There is also a children's play area, a hot tub and a BBQ area.

The award-winning, family-friendly Clyne Farm Centre Cottages offer nine gorgeous self-catering holiday cottages with stunning views overlooking Mumbles and Swansea Bay. Sleeping between 6 and 8 people per cottage, it's a wonderful spot for a family or group holiday. As well as welcoming cats and dogs, you can also bring your horse!

Taf Fechan Holiday Cottage (sleeps 6) is in a beautiful village in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons). Pontsticill Reservoir, with walking trails and fishing, is right on your doorstep, as are dog-friendly pubs in the village. Merthyr Tydfil is just down the road.

Whitehill Farm Cottage (sleeps 6) is an enchanting, ancient barn on a working farm, renovated to a high standard. Enjoy magnificent countryside views, including the local deer bounding about, from the large terrace area. One bedroom is suitable for wheelchair users. Offa's Dyke Path National Trail runs close to the farm. Keen anglers can head to the local fishing lakes or Wye and Monnow rivers.

Eco-friendly Wildmeadow Cottage (sleeps 7) is exquisite - a timber-built hideaway nestled amongst orchards and meadows. It's a peaceful spot to re-charge yourselves in the countryside. Visitors can pick fresh vegetables from the kitchen garden or venture to Presteigne, a traditional market town, for supplies. The downstairs bedroom is accessible. Up to two dogs are welcome.

Just 1.5 miles from the coast, Neuadd Farm's group of character-filled cottages (sleeps 4 - 20) is ideal for a family or couples get away.
