Wild Meadow is a new, eco-timber cottage which sleeps 7 in three good sized bedrooms.
The cottage is set in over three acres of private meadows and orchards and has fine views across the valley. It sits next to the kitchen garden where produce is grown for guests to help themselves to.
When you want to explore further afield, a network of footpaths radiate from the front door, some linking up with Offa's dyke path (named by Lonely Planet as one of the 10 best wall walks in the world).
The nearest town is Presteigne which is a twenty-minute walk (2 minute car drive). It has a high street filled with independent shops, pubs and cafes. Visit the fascinating Victorian museum, Judge’s Lodgings, or The Spaceguard Centre & Observatory.
The area has a cluster of attractive market towns including the popular towns of Hay on Wye and Ludlow. Both are great to visit - they have regular markets and hold annual events such as Food, Literature, Medieval and Philosophy festivals.
On site is also a Shepherd's hut for guests - the cottage and shepherd's hut are situated far apart to ensure privacy.
