Porth Tocyn, Abersoch
Families are made very welcome at Porth Tocyn, a longstanding hotel close to one of Wales’ classic seaside resorts. There's a cosy snug with TV, DVDs/videos and a games room with table tennis. High chairs, cots and listening devices are available, plus the use of a fridge and microwave for parents of younger children.
Trefeddian Hotel, Aberdyfi

The Cliff Hotel, Gwbert-on-sea
Set on a headland overlooking beautiful Cardigan Bay, the Cliff Hotel has spacious and bright rooms and there are several for families with bunkbeds for younger kids and singles for older ones. Along with a 9-hole golf course, there's also a luxurious spa. Sauna, steam room and shimmering pool are all on offer. Kids are allowed in the pool with adult supervision at specific times each day.
