Yr Hen Stablau is a recently renovated 1840s stables set in luxuriant gardens on a wooded hillside overlooking the Dyfi Valley one mile from Machynlleth and Wales Coast Path, within the Eryri/Snowdonia National Park, a Dark Skies area. This peaceful, secluded and picturesque setting makes Yr Hen Stablau ideal if you want to relax, paint, read or write. It is also an excellent base for a more active holiday: walking, cycling, golf, swimming, birdwatching is all available nearby.
The cottage has a strong green ethos, with solar-heated water, full insulation, organic bedlinen, EV charging and many other eco-elements. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. There is wheelchair access to the whole ground floor including double or twin bedroom and shower room with toilet.
The price includes all heating, gas and electricity and Wi-Fi and disability aids. Electric vehicle charging is at cost of kW hours used, payable at the end of your stay.
