Gwyl Crime Cymru Festival - April at Aberystwyth

Gwyl CRIME CYMRU Festival runs over three days and has something for every person who loves a good crime novel. There will be panels where writers share their secrets, and big-name Interviews with writers such as Mark Billingham, Alis Hawkins, Vaseem Khan, Abir MukherJee, Elly Griffiths, Philip Gwynne Jones, Ambrose Parry, and many more.
We will have workshops for aspiring writers and readers to learn the skills of crafting a great crime novel.

On the Friday evening there is a lively ‘Noir at the Bar’ where you can hear the work of up and coming authors and also mingle with established authors.
But more than that, we are known as a friendly festival where writers walk around, drink coffee in local cafes, share a glass of wine in Aberystwyth’s great taverns, and are ready to chat with their readers.
