About Harbourmaster

A lovely boutique hotel, renovated in 2001. 13 rooms in total spread over 3 historic harbour-side buildings. 7 original rooms in the former Harbourmaster’s residence, with the much loved attic ‘Madona’ Suite. All original rooms have great sea or harbour views. 4 spacious warehouse converted rooms with stylish bathrooms, sofas and lift access. Aeron Queen suite with panoramic views, as featured in the Visit Wales TV campaign. Our self-catering cottage, just metres away from the main building has two en-suite double bedrooms and a small single room with harbour facing views, kitchen and lounge.
Our menu showcases a larder of Cardigan Bay shellfish, fish, Welsh lamb and beef, Ceredigion cheeses and local organic vegetables. Watch the sunset and boats bobbing from your table. Open every day (apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day).

Tables indoors for lunch and dinner are now bookable online for dining in both the restaurant and the warehouse.

Enjoy drinks on the zinc bar, before or after your table booking.

The Harbourmaster is an independently owned boutique hotel, bar and restaurant. Established in its current guise since May 2002, winning accolades for its hospitality, food, wine and service. A great sense of place with cool design in this historic building, built in 1811 as the home and office for the harbourmaster.
