About The Meadows Wildlife Park
The Meadows Wildlife Park is a not for profit organisation situated in Caerphilly, we specialise in offering a unique experience to interact with a mixture of farm animals.
Our animal family includes capybaras, armadillos, meerkats, wallabies, peafowl, horses, Shetlands, prairie dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, donkeys, turkeys, chickens, ducks, black swan, Chinese geese, miniature pigs, goats, alpaca, rhea, emu, cows, reindeer and a number of reptiles including tortoises, royal python, corn snake, gecko and a bearded dragon.
The Meadows spans over 21 acres, providing opportunities for not just animal interaction but opportunities for a natural countryside experience.
We have plenty for you to explore and experience at The Meadows Wildlife Park.
There are two covered marquees just in case of rainfall or if the extra shade is needed. There are numerous outside picnic tables and benches to enjoy your picnic and relax.
We also have covered petting areas where you can cuddle guinea pigs, stroke rabbits and poultry and fuss our pygmy goats and micro pigs.
You can then pop into our coffee shop for some well deserved coffee & cake.
At The Meadows Wildlife Park, we have an accessible compost toilet near reception and we are improving our walkways to benefit those with wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
