Glamorgan County Cricket Club moved into Sophia Gardens in 1967. The Stadium is a world-class cricket stadium and events space in the heart of Cardiff.

From hosting major outdoor concerts to staging fireworks nights and darts events, Sophia Gardens has a history of putting on a show.

NATIONAL CRICKET CENTRE
The National Cricket Centre is located pitch-side at Sophia Gardens. The centre is used by Glamorgan's professional & Academy players and the Welsh age group squads but there's also time set aside for club cricketers and aspiring young players to hone their skills on the seven-lane cricket practice facility.
