The county of Flintshire in North East Wales is often overlooked by holidaymakers. Former professional rugby player and outdoor enthusiast Chris Knight visits Zip World Tower in Aberdare, experiencing the world's fastest seated zip line and the Tower Coaster. He also hikes up Pen Pych mountain; a 4km trail with pine woodland, several impressive waterfalls, and stunning views over the Rhondda Fawr Valley.
