The stunning Jones o Gymru Anglesey Half Marathon & 10km - The most beautiful half marathon in the UK!
Both races have one of the most incredible start lines in the country - a completely closed road Menai Suspension Bridge. Flowing downhill through Menai Bridge town centre and along the winding closed roads to Beaumaris, the route is flanked by breathtaking views of the Snowdonia National Park and the Menai Straits. The route then returns to the finish line in the centre of Menai Bridge.
HALF MARATHON ROUTE
The Anglesey Half Marathon crosses the Menai Suspension Bridge before flowing downhill through Menai Bridge town centre and along the winding closed roads to Beaumaris. Pass the famous and near perfect Beaumaris Castle then head up towards Llanfaes and completes a small loop before returning the way you came, taking in the breathtaking views of Snowdonia, to finish in Menai Bridge. This partially closed road course is a stunning showcase of some of North Wales' most beautiful scenery.
10K ROUTE
The race crosses the Menai Suspension Bridge before flowing downhill through Menai Bridge town centre and along the winding closed road that leads to Beaumaris where you find your turn around point. The route is a closed-road out and back course, flanked by breathtaking views of the Snowdonia National Park and the Menai Straits.
