Abersoch Half Marathon, 10k, 2K Beach Blast Sept at Abersoch

Abersoch Half Marathon:
A world class course and superb atmosphere that grows year on year. Great crowds support the race along the stunning course which takes in views across Cardigan Bay, Snowdon & Bardsey Island as well as the unique exhilarating finish along Abersoch beach with bar and live music for your post race entertainment!

10K
An exciting 10 kilometer course with over 500 feet of elevation gain, starting and finishing on Abersoch Beach. The route follows the Coastal Path past Tudwal’s Islands and reaching Porth Ceiriad before looping back round through Bwlchtocyn and back down onto Abersoch Beach for a memorable finish along the stunning shoreline.

2K Beach Blast:
The Abersoch Holiday Homes 2K Beach Blast takes place along Abersoch beach, mixing hard & soft sand with quite a few groynes to negotiate too. You’ll have plenty of hard sand as well as the tougher soft sand, but the stunning location makes this one of the most enjoyable short distance races on the running calendar.

Each runner has timing chips attached to their race numbers which ensures accurate individual times and there’s a zinc alloy top quality race medal with bespoke lanyard for all finishers.

Cash prizes to the winners in the Open, Under 14, Under 11 and Under 8 categories and a course record prize.
