Benllech is a gently shelving, mainly sandy beach, backed by a high grass covered cliff. Families are attracted by the opportunities for paddling and exploring rock pools while other popular activities include surfing, windsurfing, kayaking and sailing. The Anglesey Coast Path follows the coast along the cliff top and there are panoramic views along the coast in both directions. Good disabled facilities and access for young families.
Blue Flag beach. The small town just behind the beach has plenty of shops, services, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Toilets, pay parking. Dog restrictions apply May - end September.
