About Cardiff Visitor Information Point

Equipt yourself with everything you need for your visit to Cardiff, by picking up a city map as well as leaflets and brochures to local and regional attractions. Cardiff Castle staff are never far away, so if you have further queries, they’ll be happy to assist.
The Visitor Information Point is located within Cardiff Castle, just inside the main gate and to the right-hand side. You don’t need to pay for Castle admission to enter the Public Square and, whilst you’re there, you can also browse the Castle Gift Shop or get a bite to eat in the Castle Cafe.

March-October - open weekdays 10am-5pm, weekends 9am-5pm
November-February - open weekdays 10am-4pm, weekends 9am-4pm
