Small World Theatre

Small World Theatre is home to the puppet theatre company of the same name. It is a beautiful, creative near zero carbon space with access to technical support and facilities. It presents a programme of live events, as well as running an aerial circus school for the community and running projects supporting arts and health.

Small World Theatre is a friendly and flexible space to hold your event and can cater for most occasions including live theatre, music, drama, dance, performance and private functions.

Small World Theatre has an iconic building, recognised by Design Commission for Wales as a great design built for the environment. ‘This is a distinctive public building which fulfils an ambitious brief to build ‘A Creative Space for a Creative Community’, with highly commendable sustainability credentials… a testament to the dedication of the team who have achieved a very special project for the community of Cardigan.’ Design Commission for Wales.Working with architect Olly Llewelyn, the Small World Theatre was built using materials from renewable or recycled sources.
