About Park and Dare Theatre

Its construction in 1913 was funded by the mine workers of the local Park and Dare Collieries. Today, it is home to the famous Treorchy Male Choir, the Park & Dare Band and Rhondda Cynon Taff Community Arts.
The Park & Dare has a variety of unique spaces for a variety of events, from performances, to conferences, meetings to workshops. The main areas are the 700 seat auditorium, the 100 seat lounge bar, which also has a small stage and a dance floor, the studio and the meeting room.
