Radyr Golf Club, a Harry S Colt golf course, is situated on the outskirts of the City of Cardiff. The parkland course is noted not only for the challenge that it presents to those who chose to take it on, but also for its fabulous views of Cardiff, The Vale and The Bristol Channel.
Wales first ever Professional event was held at Radyr back in the early years of the 20th century and will return in 2015. The course has been highly regarded ever since with many County and National Championships being held here on a consistent basis.
The course measures 6,109 yards, par 70 (SSS 70) for men and 5,510yards, par 73 (SSS 73) for ladies. Radyr also leads the way for young junior golfers and has two categories of junior tees for beginners, which shortens the course and encourages their development.
