About Tyn Y Parc Barn, National Trust
This National Trust Holidays converted barn accommodates up to eight guests is modern, bright and full of coastal charm. Perfect for walkers, families, surfers and outdoor lovers. At the bottom of Rhiw mountain, it’s also close to the long sandy beach at Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) and within walking distance to Plas yn Rhiw manor house and garden.
During your stay why not enjoy a moderately challenging circular walk around lower Rhiw, taking in Sarn y Plas, once the home of poet R.S. Thomas and artist ME (Elsi) Eldridge, whose works were deeply inspired by the landscape and nature in Llyn. You'll head along the Wales Coast Path, through dense woodland and winding paths before making your way down to Plas yn Rhiw along country lanes.
