A detached Gower farmhouse set back from the road in half an acre of gardens and backing onto fields. The property sleeps up to eight people and offers good versatile holiday accommodation, with one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms and an en-suite on the first floor.
Within easy walking distance there is a village pub serving home cooked food using local produce. Also within walking distance is the local Post Office/newsagents and a general food store.
Three Crosses is an ideal location for access around Gower, and the City of Swansea.
Accommodation: Ground floor: The lounge has soft seating for 9 people, gas fire, flat screen Smart TV. The dining room has a dining table and seating for 8 wall mounted Smart TV. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table and a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player. The refurbished kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The family bathroom has a three-piece suite plus 'wet room' style shower to one side suitable for elderly or some disabled guests. The gas central heating boiler is also located in a separate cupboard in the bathroom.
First Floor: There are three bedrooms - two doubles, one with an en-suite and one twin, all with wardrobes or cupboards for storing clothes.
The laundry is located in the garage adjacent to the house. In this garage there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, some plastic outdoor furniture and a BBQ with some coals.

The property is set within approximately half an acre of land which is set as lawns and provides ample space for children to play and for adults to sit out. The rear of the property backs on to fields which are within the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there is a public footpath, known as The Gower Way adjacent to the west boundary of the land.
