The "Plucking Barn" Luxury Self Catering in Ceredigion, West Wales
A modern cottage with fabulous views.
The lay out is upside down with your living areas, lounge, kitchen and dining upstairs to take best advantage of the fantastic views of the West Wales countryside.
Relax back, gazing out through the large patio doors across miles of open rolling farmland, and breathe!!
The upstairs living area is open plan. The dining table seats six and there is a spacious kitchen fitted with an electric fan assisted oven, ceramic easy clean hob, fridge and freezer, and a dish washer, as well as a good range of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery all provided.
A comfy, roomy lounge area with leather sofas and relaxer chair, a 40 inch full HD TV with FreeSat and DVD player, CD player and free Wi-Fi. Step out through the patio doors onto the balcony and sit at the table whilst enjoying the great view of the valley beyond.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and the shower room, each with under floor heating. The bedrooms, a double and a twin, have more than adequate storage, with a modern but homely feel. The double bedroom has a 32 inch HD tv with built in DVD using freesat for a large selection of channels. The shower room has a walk in shower, WC and towel heater. All with modern tasteful decor.
