Cottage Pie & Shepherds Pie

Situated just a few miles from the historic market town of Cardigan, Cawrence was once one of the principle farms in the area. Its been over twenty years since Cawrence has been a working farm and the present owners decided that the old stone outbuildings needed to be saved from dereliction by renovating them and putting them to use. Two of the barns have now been restored and are available for rental as holiday accommodation, These are Cottage Pie (Sleeps 4) and Shepherds Pie (Sleeps 6).

COTTAGE PIE

With delightful views across open fields this is a character property with a large open beamed ceiling. It comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and has a spacious and light feel. It is well appointed and newly furnished.

There is a full size bathroom with toilet, basin and bath/shower.

The open plan kitchen/diner and lounge includes electric cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, colour digital TV and DVD player. Cottage Pie has oil fired central heating thoughout, this along with the electricity is included in the price.

Adjacent to Cottage Pie is Shepherds Pie which sleeps 6. Shepherds Pie has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a seperate lounge. It has a modern feel but manages to retain much of its original charm.

There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and an bunk bedroom. The top bunk is only suitable for children or small teenagers.

The kitchen containes an electric cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, microwave and freezer. In the lounge is a HDTV with DVD player and a CD/radio.

Shepherds Pie is fully centrally heated & bed linen is included. Towels are not normally provided but are available for an additional fee of £10.00. One well behaved pet is allowed at an additional charge of £20.00. No smoking within the premises.

A cot and a high chair are available upon request
