About The Bothy, National Trust
This half-timbered house was built in 1908 at a time when the ‘garden cottage’ trend became popular. Accommodating up to six guests, the surroundings are overwhelmingly beautiful with Powis Castle in the background and perfectly pruned gardens visible from the windows.
