A spacious detached stone house 1 km above the small village of Garndolbenmaen in the Snowdonia National Park. Central for Porthmadog (7ml), Cricieth (5ml), Harlech (17ml), the Lleyn peninsula and the Snowdonia mountains and passes. The cottage enjoys superb sea and mountain views over the countryside and has excellent scenic hill walks from its doorstep. This comfortable house stands off a mountain lane in very quiet surroundings within easy access to the sea at Cricieth and Porthmadog. The village has a shop and P.O. with a pub only a five minute walk (Cross Foxes) with good food and real ale and a beer garden. Another pub just 1 mile down the road.

Three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Bed linen and towels are not included, but available for hire locally.
Ground floor bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.
Kitchen/breakfast room features gas cooker, Rayburn stove for all heating purposes, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Utility room/shower room features washing machine, shower cubicle, WC.
Lounge has TV, VCR, views and open or electric fires.
Sitting room similarly features a TV, VCR, views and open or electric fires.
Enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ area.
Ample parking.
Rayburn stove for all heating purposes.
Electricity, gas & logs are available by arrangement.
Maximum 3 pets.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
