All rooms are on the ground floor and there is secure parking close to the front door making access easier. Porthmadog has a good variety of shops and eating places and is a good central location for the mountains of Snowdonia and the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay. Snowdon and Beddgelert are 7 miles inland and the beautiful stretch of sandy beach at Black Rock Sands is 2 miles. Portmeirion village is just 2 miles along the river for a relaxing day out and Cricieth town and castle just 5 miles.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
