This is a very convenient ground floor South Snowdon Wharf flat situated on the popular harbour side of this select development in Porthmadog. It is most comfortably presented with views through the full length patio doors across the harbour and town. The patio has sun in the evening and the Welsh Highland Railway can be seen making its journeys over the Britannia bridge. There is a choice of shops, restaurants and scenic walks within 5 minute walk. Bird watchers and train enthusiasts enjoy this location equally as it is situated near the Ffestiniog Railway station where steam trains cross the wet lands that attract so many migrant and domestic wild fowl including an Osprey family. Porthmadog is an excellent all round location with sandy beaches and mountains so close at hand.
One Double bedroom. Bed linen & towels are provided.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE: Living room including a galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave. Lounge area with 32" flatscreen TV with Freeview & DVD. Patio doors to the harbour side patio with furniture.
Allocated parking for 1 car outside the apartment.
Night storage heaters.
ELECTRICITY is paid by a card meter. Can be topped up from local spar shop or Post Office. First £10 included.
Not enough space for a cot.
PETS: 1 small dog only (no bigger than a Jack Russell).

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
