We are pleased to offer this attractively prepared South Snowdon Wharf property situated on the harbour side of this select development near the little Ffestiniog Railway steam station in Porthmadog. Recently prepared it is suitable for guests that don't want to climb stairs as everything is on the ground floor with parking just outside the door. Enjoy drinks on the patio in the late afternoon sun as you watch the boats in the harbour come back after a day out at sea. It is a short level walk to the high street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants etc. Black Rock Sands beach is 2 miles where you can park on the beach, Portmeirion village is just 2 miles across the estuary, Beddgelert village and Snowdon are 7 miles up the river valley and Criccieth, Caernarfon and Harlech castles are all within 30 minutes drive. The National Trust's Bodnant Garden is an hour drive through the heart of Snowdonia splendour.

We recommend using WiFi at Spooner's Bar or one of the cafes or pubs on the high street, as this property does not provide WiFi access.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
