The Lion Art Hotel & Restaurant

All of our 7 en-suite rooms are comfortable, stylish and well-appointed, but what makes the Lion Hotel truly special is the chance to sleep inside an artwork. Each room is decorated around a different theme running through Andrew Logan’s art: the elements ‘Earth’, ‘Water’, ‘Fire’ and ‘Air’, together with ‘Sun’ and ‘Void’, plus an especially royal ‘Regal’. Beds feature supportive mattresses and high-count cotton sheets. Bathrooms are sleek, modern and vibrantly colourful, some with roomy rain showers.

Each room includes tea and coffee making facilities, TV, and complimentary toiletries from Myddfai Trading Co., a Welsh social enterprise that helps people in the local community and gives a portion of its profits to rural regeneration.
