The Roost on Rock Road

The Roost is a contemporary yet proudly traditional Welsh pub - a place to eat, drink and sleep. Set in the heart of The Vale of Glamorgan, we serve locally sourced, seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

With feature fireplaces, an overlaying skylight and cosy nooks to retreat to, the ambience is set before you have even had a warm welcome from our friendly team. For the warmer months, our bi-folding doors open to our beautiful beer garden which hosts our herb pots and hanging baskets. Both our garden and bar area are dog friendly, complete with a biscuit jar and water bowl!

Above our venue, we have fully renovated 5 en-suite bedrooms. A welcoming retreat with private access, ambient lighting and the little luxuries required for a restful stay. Combining elegance and style with creature comforts: comfortable mattresses, luxurious bathrooms and quality linen are only some of the homely touches we have incorporated. Each room is unique, taking their names from the local wildlife, of course, in Roost style.
