Maesyfelin Isaf offers guest accommodation and a welcome get away holiday or break in beautiful Ceredigion, sitting in 6.5 acres beside Nant Cledlyn (stream), on the outskirts of the village of Drefach, with nearby towns of Llanybydder and Lampeter, in a beautiful but overlooked part of Ceredigion in West Wales.

Guests have access to our gardens and fields, plus wooden bridge over stream, perfect for that early morning stroll, riverside campfire in our fire pit, or sit by the stream and watch the wildlife.

The beauty of Maesyfelin Isaf is that you can do as much, or as little, as you like. If total relaxation and privacy is what you want, you’ll find it here. On the other hand, if you want to be active, there is plenty on offer in the surrounding area whatever the weather.

We have two B&B rooms the Ensuite with a super king bed and a standard double, which has the option of adding a second single room, for two adults travelling together or couple with elder child.

Double Bedroom - Fitted with wood oak laminate floor, good sized double aspect room, with large wardrobe including drawers. Includes a TV in the room, plus comfy two seater sofa and dressing table/desk. Bed is a standard double in size with new hybrid latex/pocket spring mattress. Offers private bathroom facilities, with mains pressure shower over bath plus WC and basin.

Ensuite Bedroom - The master ensuite bedroom with super king sized bed offers a super sized room complete with sofa, dressing table and large wardrobe/drawer space. The ensuite bathroom has a large modern walk in shower, bidet, WC and basin, with plenty of shelf storage. The bedrooms double aspect windows look out over the Cledlyn valley and the hills beyond, plus both the garden and our meadows. Good high speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The ground floor Guest Lounge offers our B&B guests access to the patio and garden, with sofa and chairs perfect for a quiet read, especially on colder evenings when the wood stove is lit. This is where the facilities for tea and coffee in the room are, with fresh milk available 24/7 in a fridge. A Continental DIY style breakfast is included in the room price, with a selection of cereals, plus toast, yoghurts available. Toaster, Microwave and kettle also provided in this lounge.

Located near to both Lampeter and Llanybydder so ideal for many Ceredigion and Carmarthen attractions, and businesses for those travelling for work. Cardigan Bay is just 30 minutes away, plus many other attractions including Castles, NT properties, Steam Railways and much more all within 60 minutes drive away.

Parking is in our courtyard which is out of site from the road, with plenty of spaces for cars, motorbikes or vans. We also have a 7.2kW EV charging point, for which fees will apply. We also have outbuildings for cycles.
