Hafod is the name of our home. And "Cwtch" is a lovely Welsh word for hug.
It's one of those words that every language has that simply loses meaning on translation.
It's more than a "hug" .
It means a heartfelt big squidgy full of love comforting hug.
The sense is that everything will be better after a "Cwtch".
It has restorative magical powers. Making you feel better. Loved. Cared for.
And that's what we hope you will feel after your stay with us.

Camping, but with the comforts of home, like memory foam mattress beds, central heating and log burners to warm the chilly autumn and approaching winter evenings.

Slip on an extra layer of warm clothing and linger on outside to enjoy the dark sky, and on clear nights, the stars. Listening to the sounds of nature going to sleep for the night.

Our gorgeous luxurious log cabin "Mam " is complete with mud /utility room, kitchen, large living area, gas central heating and log burner, bathroom with steam shower and bath and two bedrooms sleeping 6. Two large decking areas and a 5 person hot tub complete the outdoor experience.

Our cosy two bedroom log cabin "Tad" completed October 2021. It's complete with cute crog loft bedroom and ground floor bedroom. Has a big bathroom with room for lovely deep bath and shower plus the usual sink, toilet and basin. Dog friendly. Well behaved dogs only. Fenced off/gated. Rigid body 4 person hot tub , firepit and outdoor seating.

Plus two perfectly formed ensuite shepherd's huts "Nain and Taid" fully equipped with kitchettes and crockery/utensils.
The extended living hut Teulu with additional kitchen/dining space and equipment is available as a chargeable extra. New August 2023, 22 jet jacuzzi style hot tub for booking as paid extra by one hut in a first come first served basis.
