Dogs are welcome but please keep on a lead. You are welcome to walk around but please be thoughtful of the anglers that are fishing, there will be no access to the lakes after 7pm. There is an abundance of wildlife at the fishery, this is an ideal spot for sport or relaxing, it is peaceful and quiet with lots to do on the doorstep.
Commonwood Fishery is 3 miles from the lovely town of Holt which has various small shops/takeaways, pubs, plus a large farm/garden shop with an award winning butchers inside, also with pick your own strawberries during the summer.
Erddig National Trust is 4.5 miles away, this is one of Britain's finest historic houses.
