The Old Stores B&B

The Old Stores is a stunning Georgian house in the centre of historic Montgomery.
Individually designed guest rooms, original artwork and handwoven antique rugs makes your stay a beautiful sensory experience. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Walk in rain showers and large baths, fluffy towels, Egyptian cotton sheets and Welsh toiletries provide a luxurious experience.
Both the drawing room and courtyard are exclusively available for guest use, offering quiet spaces to relax and read or watch tv. The courtyard is perfect for a chilled bottle of locally produced wine.

Breakfast is taken in the dining room and use of local produce from quality providers ensures that your breakfast is healthy and delicious! There are always vegan and vegetarian options, as well as packed lunches. We are fully licensed so if you fancy bubbles with your breakfast or as a special treat, we have some available.

Montgomery is located on the Welsh-English border against a backdrop of rolling hills and makes the perfect base for walking, Offa’s Dyke, castles, country churches, National Trust and English Heritage properties or even a day trip to the west Wales coast.
