Fern Villa B&B

Fern Villa is a spacious Victorian villa set in three quarters of an acre of mature gardens in Goodwick, Fishguard, Wales. We offer comfortable and affordable en-suite bed and breakfast accommodation with beautiful views of the North Pembrokeshire coastline and countryside.

Our double en-suite rooms all have fantastic sea views overlooking Dinas Head and the coast, the twin en-suite room overlooks the garden as does the single (this room has a private shower room). All rooms have digital TV, radio, and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast can be taken in the sun room overlooking the sea and will set you up for the day. Guests are very welcome to come and relax in our gardens and enjoy the views.

Fern Villa makes an ideal base to explore Pembrokeshire. We are a 2-minute walk from the 186-mile-long Pembrokeshire coast path and a two-minute drive (or a 5-10 minute walk) from the ferry terminal in Fishguard Harbour which provides daily links to and from Rosslare, Ireland. The railway station is also located here and we are happy to pick you up if required. Late arrivals are welcome.

Why not take the Marine Walk into the market town of Fishguard and have a browse around the shops, further on is the picturesque Lower Fishguard Harbour with its fishermen and boats. A short drive away is the City of St Davids with its cathedral, also the sandy beaches of Newgale, Whitesands and Tenby. Inland explore the wooded Gwaun Valley and the Preseli mountain. How about taking a boat trip to the islands of Skomer or Ramsey and spot the wildlife?

Fern Villa is situated in the village of Goodwick (pronounced Goodik) which was once just a cluster of fishermen's cottages. There is plenty to see and do so why not explore the narrow streets and cliff paths and take in the glorious views over the coastline. If you are lucky you may spot a grey seal or even a dolphin or porpoise.

Fern Villa B&B is close to all amenities including excellent pubs and restaurants within walking distance which serve freshly cooked meals using local produce. The bus stop is just down the road and will take you all over Pembrokeshire and beyond, and the coastal buses are ideal for walkers. We have plenty of parking and offer safe storage for bikes and surfboards.
