Pontardawe Golf Club

Pontardwe Golf Club sits to the north of Swansea and is in a good location if your journey is taking you along the M4. The 18-hole course is situated some 600 feet above sea level on a plateau and enjoys spectacular views of the Bristol Channel and, in the distance, the Brecon Beacons. It's a meadowland layout and provides a first-class test of golf from start to finish. The course measures a little over 6,000 yards with a par of 70 - and you'll have reason to be happy if you match that! It's an extremely friendly club and, all in all, offers a great day's entertainment for a relatively low sum. Give it a go if you're making a visit to the Swansea area.
