Set on the edge of Snowdonia National Park and overlooking the lake-side village of Llanberis, this imposing Victorian country house has been lovingly restored and converted to provide two quality self-catering holiday apartments and a converted Coach House Cottage.

Our accommodations offer you all the freedom & flexibility of self-catering and all the facilities & amenities you could possibly need for either a short break, long weekend or a family holiday.

The Peris apartment is ideal for a couple or a young family, and typically sleeps 2 people with up to one additional guest.

The Coach House Cottage offers space and comfort for up to 4 people with the possibility of up to one additional guest. It has a sun-trap courtyard with barbeque and seating.

Our largest apartment, the Padarn, is ideal for larger families or groups, and typically accommodates up to 8 people across 4 large bedrooms, with the option of up to two additional guests.

We are the ideal choice for family reunions, large parties or groups of friends, and our large barbeque terrace & decking (avail autumn 2019) positioned above the rooftops is the perfect place to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries - weather permitting of course!

There's ample parking for over a dozen cars on our 7-acre property which guests are more than welcome to explore.

On site, we also have a secure cycle shed and a heated & ventilated drying room (ideal for soggy walking & hiking gear) available free of charge, as well as large capacity washing and drying facilities.

We are only an 8-10 minute walk from the village of Llanberis and its amenities, as well as Snowdon and Padarn Lake railways, Electric Mountain, and both the National Slate Quarry Museum and Padarn Park are literally on our doorstep.
